Meetings & Incentives Worldwide has secured a room block at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel. During registration, you will be invited to complete the overnight accommodations section, and we will then book your room for you. Please do not reach out to the hotel directly to secure your reservation.

To ensure a room reservation, your registration must be received no later than Monday, July 14, 2026. Payment for your room and tax for the duration of your stay will be hosted by Meetings & Incentives Worldwide unless you indicate otherwise during registration. You will be asked at hotel check-in to provide your credit card for incidental charges.

If you will not need overnight accommodations, please select “I will not need a hotel room” when completing the accommodations section of the registration form.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Should you need to cancel, please contact our event support team.

Travel

If your company’s policy allows, Meetings and Incentives Worldwide will be happy to take care of your round-trip airfare costs. Please submit your flight request through the registration form. One of our dedicated group air agents will then reach out to you with flight options.

If your company’s policy doesn’t allow us to host this element of your travel, please select “I will be booking my own flight” when you come to the travel section of the registration form.

M&IW will coordinate airport transfers for all travelers booked through our air department. If we did not book your flight but you would like a complimentary transfer to/from the airport, please send your confirmed flight itinerary to our event support team.

There is complimentary on-site parking. Valet parking is also available with an overnight rate of $21. Note: M&IW will not be hosting valet parking.
